Available Modules Messaging Module: Take advantage of CareTracker’s input devices to improve communications in the facility. Messages to staff members are created by managers at their computer. The messages appear on the kiosk when a staff member logs into the kiosk to ensure that everyone knows about any changes for a resident immediately. Since the staff must acknowledge when they’ve read a message, management knows exactly who has (or hasn’t) received the message. Multi-language Module: Staff with English as a second language will see the kiosk text in their preferred language. A preferred language is established in the system for each staff member so when they log on the kiosk questions are displayed using that person’s language. It allows an unlimited number of different languages to be added to the system, but the client is responsible for translating the questions and possible answers to the individual languages. The module comes with a starter set of Spanish language data based on our base starter data, but it may need to be adjusted depending on what changes the client has made to their system. It can be rented or purchased as an additional module to CareTracker. One facility license is needed for each facility using the messaging portion of the system. CareTracker Mobile: CareTracker Mobile allows you to utilize CareTracker on your own portable devices such as tablet PCs or PDA’s. Please check with Resource Systems to verify the specifications of your devices to make sure that they will work before purchasing additional hardware. A “seat” is required for each device that will to access the CareTracker data entry screens. Seats can be used at any facility and can be transferred at no charge.  |
