Training and implementation

Resource Systems provides several types of implementation and training assistance.

On site training: Our training and implementation services are much more than showing up for a few days at your facility. We have a very unique process that uses a ‘graduation’ concept. By following your success through our company and trainers are incented to insure you have reached your stated objectives before our job is done. The steps are as follows:
Kick-start conference call: This initial ‘launch’ meeting brings together all parties including the department heads, administration, the computer/network specialists to the implementation action plan complete with responsibilities and actions.

Equipment installed: Your computer / network specialists install the wiring and touch screen kiosks at the facility.

Pre-training meeting (remote): One week before the on-site training, we conduct a pre-training session with the department heads and administration through a conference call to validate any unique assessment questions and text.

On-site Training: Resource implementation consultants spends two days on site at the facility. In most cases the system is operational on the first day and the second day concentrates on retrieving information.

Post training follow along: We work closely with you and your staff to help them reach your organization’s stated objectives.

Check point review stages: Surveys and check points take place at various points through the first 120 days to determine if the facility is on track to accomplish the goals it outlined.

Graduation: We track the facility’s progress and actively work with the facility to help it reach its objectives.
Certification Training: Resource Systems provides “Train the Trainer” classes to authorize others to perform CareTracker implementation and training. Curriculum includes a three-day classroom experience (with exam) followed by participation in three facility implementations in conjunction with Resource Training Consultants. Certification requires annual update training and involves ongoing quality control surveys.

Remote Training: Remote Training (or distance learning) is available for follow up and upgrade customers. Using an on-line connection, the student and the trainer collaborate on line for a highly personalized training session. Remote training can be done with groups of students.

Training feedback!

“We have been involved with many software implementations, trainers, etc. This is the best company we have seen. From the tech side, to pre implementation to on site training, everyone was knowledgeable, courteous and extremely organized. Thank you for treating us like a respected customer and setting the standard for other companies out there. The others have a long way to go to catch up!! Thanks again. Learn More

Training feedback!

“There have been many occasions during this project where our trainer has been called upon to perform duties that may not have exactly been a part of his job description and he has done so with grace and professionalism.” Learn More
